I absolutely love it and I know that it's not the same because you are probably just stuck in between losing right now but I lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks just by doing a simple 20 minute workout a couple days a week. And the inches go faster than with anything else as well. Sorry I'm rambling but just an idea. He uses a combo of ranch and BBQ sauce for the dressing. The avocado has some "good fats" and even with the ranch/BBQ dressing it is still fairly calorie low. Not sure if it might be too 'vegetable-y' for you though, given that the main ingredients are, well, spinach and red kale. (And eggs. Lots of people don't like eggs.) <br><br>I also made some muffins that were jam-packed with healthy goodness....except they came out a bit hard and dry and bland.
