Insane - the last thing you're thinking about after a battle with infertility is the end result, I was too worried about the next scan being ok to think about getting to an actual birth.

I hope the wait for scan goes nice and quick for you, 7 weeks is kind of early for a heartbeat but we heard ours at 6w5d - it is possible.Three Quarters Fullhttp://www.threequartersfull.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2340495888362574426.post-50635635648824695962012-08-19T13:19:42.241+10:002012-08-19T13:19:42.241+10:00I heard a nice heartbeat at 8 weeks. Much better resolution, but a bit of a surprise if they don't warn you.Teacher Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02584631503400120715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2340495888362574426.post-61861039351743876262012-08-19T11:21:23.418+10:002012-08-19T11:21:23.418+10:00So, so excited for you!

Right now I'm in a long cycle (usually 34, currently day 38 and nada) and I'm getting all sorts of paranoid about it. I hope that the first ultrasound is awesome and that you get to see the heartbeat, if not hear it!Sweet Mama Mhttp://www.sweetmamam.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2340495888362574426.post-90119813437681135602012-08-18T08:27:47.453+10:002012-08-18T08:27:47.453+10:00I also didn't hear a heartbeat at six or eight...I also didn't hear a heartbeat at six or eight weeks (I had two early ultrasounds because of bleeding) because the tech said the Doppler on the equipment was too strong to use internally that early on. We SAW it though, and that was fantastic.

Sorry you're tying yourself in knots over those damn pee sticks! I was the same way and I'm just glad my ClearBlue didn't have the week measurements on it, because it would have been just another way to drive me crazy. Plus, I've heard they aren't that accurate. You're pregnant! Yay! And damn those ClearBlue tests. Will you be having any more betas?Jesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15942269316108576622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2340495888362574426.post-57844666084779771392012-08-18T08:23:53.838+10:002012-08-18T08:23:53.838+10:00I don't think it's common to hear a heartb...I don't think it's common to hear a heartbeat at 7 weeks, but it's possible, depending on the u/s machine. Regardless, you will definitely SEE a heartbeat, which is awesome in and of itself.

Is it creepy that I am ridiculously excited to hear about your first ultrasound and can't believe I have to wait 18 days for it? A little bit? Sorry about that. Having trouble containing my excitement for you over here. :)Audreyhttp://sangrialover.comnoreply@blogger.com
