I went to one on an Army base with a bunch of friends and that was fine but I'm just so damn uncoordinated that I really don't want fit strangers to see me falling over. <br /><br />Once I start working out though, it gets better. If that gives me an odd rhythm or something, pfft. Who cares? She has a 'dance on the treadmill' kinda work out where she actually skips and does sashays and things. It looks fun!
