Not to be a party pooper, I intend to share some with you as well. It wouldn't be fair otherwise, would it? Be nice, I'm being brave.
~ I deliberately don't answer my mobile phone if a person I don't feel like talking to is calling me. And I have been known to lie about not having any phone credit, just so I don't have to message people back.
~ I still play this site. Because I am a dork like that. C'mon. Surely you used it yourself at some point in your internet addiction. You did, right? Er, right?
~ When people win blogging awards, I get jealous. [hangs head]
~ I'm nervous being in new social situations, but I'm good at pretending to be comfortable even when I am hyperventilating inside. Even if I look calm, rest assured I've most likely spent the entire journey to the event freaking the fuck out.
~ I'm guilty of being too lazy on some occasions to brush my teeth before I fall into bed.
~ I've once steamed vegetables without adding any water to the pot.
~ I am slightly obsessive-compulsive when it comes to opening my Outlook Express. What? I like getting emails.
~ I'm bitter, and hold grudges against people for all sorts of things. Most people don't even realise I'm cranky with them, I'm so fickle.
~ I claim to love scary movies, but when I'm frightened I put my fingers in my ears and close my eyes. Even at the movies. Yep.
Want to play? Let me know if you're up for the challenge, and I'll be sure to
Wally jumped up and his head hit my jaw, and the pharmacist thinks I might have fractured it. A normal person would hope that wasn't the case. I hope it is, because then I have an excuse for being lazy.
ReplyDeleteSometimes when Chris asks if my shoes or clothes or jewelry is new I say, "Oh, this? No, I've had this for... a while" even if it's brand new so I don't have to feel guilty about buying more things!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to think to see if I can come up with facts as interesting as yours for my blog!
ReplyDeleteI'm notorious about screening calls on my phone, too. I really dislike talking on the phone, so I avoid it at all costs.
this is my first comment on ur blog.wat i do n i m serious abt it is that i disconnect the call if i m feeling bored or doesnt want to talk any longer.literally the other person is talking abt weather or how his mum is doing n whoosh,i will discoonect the call n pull the cord out.i know its aweful but i ve found it the best way to get rid of ppl.
ReplyDeleteooh, i'll do this tomorrow! (tonight is thursday thirteen.) thanks for the idea! :)
ReplyDeleteI admit I haven't visited in a while. I've been swamped so haven't been able to stalk. But on to my confession. I don't answer the phone when I don't know the number or if I just don't feel like talking to them and have even been known to deleting messages before hearing or reading them. Does that make me completely horrible?
ReplyDeleteI'll give it a shot. Not sure how interesting my confessions will be, but I suppose all secrets have a grain of fascination to them.
ReplyDeleteOh I totally don't pick up when I'm sick of people (but in all fairness, I have clients calling this number all the darn time).
ReplyDeleteOther secrets: I am always secretly a bit jealous when other bloggers take pictures of their houses...Mine's a tip, at least partially, about 80% of the time. Even more jealous of their kids/babies, but let's not go there!
I don't floss very often, but brush all the time.
Shhhh....Don't tell!
