I've never felt more worried than before this morning's ultrasound. I'm so thrilled to say that things went well.
Meet our baby. :)
Baby is measuring exactly on par at 7 weeks + 1 day, and has a nice healthy CTR length of 1.03cm.
We didn't get to hear a heart beat, but my own heart just about cracked in two when I saw the flickering blob on the screen. Baby has a heart rate of 139 bpm, and I've never seen anything more beautiful.
It's real! There's a baby in there!

Just a note on HB - the sonogram machine detects images through sound, but doesn't detect sound... if you had *heard* the HB through your ultrasound, it would have only been the computer creating a sound based on the image... so no worries at all that you didn't hear it - seeing is believing.
