Too Much To Do.

Yeah, yeah, so little time. You all know the drill.

So why is it on weekends when I need to get my backside into gear and start organising myself, I seem to have the attention span of a five year old?

I choose one day out of my weekent to sit in front of the computer and start thinking about programming for my class; instead, I find any possible way or procrastinating. Washing the dogs? Check. Cleaning out my sock drawer? Check. Thirty loads of washing? Check. Playing Theme Hospital for a couple of hours? Check. (I know. I KNOW.)

I've always known I was a good procrastinator, but this is just ridiculous.

I feel like I need to have a personal "head-smacker" sitting next to me, ready to give me a nice forehead slap everytime I start distracting myself. Any takers?

i'd volunteer, but with my attention span, i'd quickly get distracted and forget what i was supposed to be doing, and then we'd just feed off each other's procrastination.

plus, i'm half a world away from you, which makes it tough.

Isn't it amazing how much you can accomplish around the house when you just have one awful thing that you keep trying to put off?

I'd take that job, but I'm a terrible procrastinator too...I have an extremely short attention span >_<

plus, I'd just be a bad influence and tempt you to do more things to waste time :P hahahaha

Oh I am the same way. When I am supposed to be doing work for uni, I really love cleaning all of a sudden.

I already hold the post of head smacker for my boyfriend, who has quite possibly the shortest attention span of any adult on this Earth.

I am the same way on the weekends. I think, oh I will get so much done. Then I read blogs, read e-mails, look at random websites, watch TV, slowly drink my coffee...it's quite relaxing, but I don't accomplish much. hehe
