Yesterday wasn't actually MY birthday. It was the school's 25th birthday. Did you read that right? The school is older than me.
(But yes. I did still have my cake and eat it too.)
Oh, and I find it a wee bit scary that it's almost 7am and it is still pitch black outside. The weather this year is bonkers.

Ah, the southern hemisphere. It is light out at like 5 am here and the sun isn't fully down until after 10 pm. Luxury. I imagine it is the same for you in your summer, yes?
It doesn't take much to be older than you. However, to be cuter than you? Hard. Also, to have better taste in shoes than you? Also hard. But I have nearly 17 hours of daylight right now so I am happy.
